AESI provides geotechnical services for large commercial developments and community projects. Many of our projects have included master planned developments, golf courses, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and multi-story businesses. Our services include: geotechnical engineering explorations and reporting, critical area studies, construction dewatering, building drainage recommendations, and deep shoring design recommendations.
AESI provides construction monitoring during the earthwork phase for quality control and verification that the earthwork is being completed per the architectural/civil design and specifications. AESI also provides ongoing CESCL certified erosion control monitoring and reporting. AESI is able to consult objectively on budget-sensitive projects and is a valuable asset to the design team.
