Control of soil erosion on construction sites is an integral part of AESI’s geotechnical services. In accordance with new Washington State Department of Ecology guidelines, erosion control and turbidity monitoring of storm water runoff has become a more significant component on all construction projects. In response to the needs of our clients, AESI has provided Ecology required Certified Erosion and Sedimentation Control Lead training to key personnel.
Our erosion control and turbidity monitoring services are completed in accordance with the new Ecology Construction Stormwater General Permit requirements (effective October 1, 2006), and in accordance with each project’s temporary erosion and sedimentation control plan. Our goal is to help our clients reduce confusion regarding erosion control regulations, and to avoid costly delays and mitigation work, which can result from unforeseen or uncontrolled erosion on their projects. |
