Typical services provided include projects involving:

•Geotechnical engineering analysis for major project infrastructure elements and plat design, including allowable foundation and wall bearing load designs, slope stability for both seismic and static loads, and laboratory testing.

• Erosion control and construction monitoring services, including providing TESC plan design and review for economical and efficient erosion control recommendations, and certified inspectors.

•Geology, ground water and soils analysis for large master planned communities and large residential plats, including detailed subsurface soil and ground water characterization, comprehensive aquifer analyses and storm water infiltration designs in support of project infrastructure.

•Geologic hazards, including slope stability, seismic risk, erosion, sediment transport, subsidence, and coal mine hazards.

•Economic geology and geophysical surveys for bulk, nonmetallic minerals.

•Environmental services including Phase I, II, III Environmental Site Assessments, soil and ground water characterization, UST assessments, asbestos and lead-based paint surveys, and regulatory expertise.
