AESI provides geotechnical services to developers and homeowners for single- and multiple-family housing developments. Our services include: geotechnical engineering reports, critical area studies, mechanically stabilized earth and block wall design, and infiltration testing.
AESI has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from 2,500 homes and mixed use developments, to single lot new homes and remodeling projects. AESI also provides developers, contractors, and civil engineers with earthwork construction monitoring and CESCL-certified erosion control monitoring and reporting.
