AESI has built their reputation over the years by providing high quality geotechnical engineering, hydrogeologic, geologic, and environmental sciences consulting solutions for many large masterplanned communities in Western Washington. These communities have implemented very stringent sustainable design practices in their site selection, design, and construction, as a condition for project approval. Through these projects and work with other developer, municipal, and educational facility clients, AESI has become a pioneer in sustainable development practices.
Currently AESI integrates sustainable design practices on masterplanned communities, educational facilities, commercial and office buildings, retail and mixed-use, and single/multifamily residences.
